22.01.2008 09:19
Piaggio in cooperation with Daihatsu in light trucks
MILAN (Thomson Financial) – Piaggio SpA (News) said it has reached an agreement with Daihatsu Motor Co (News) Ltd, under which the Japanese group will provide petrol engines and transmissions for the Italian manufacturer’s ‘Porter’ range of four-wheel light transport vehicles.

Daihatsu is also due to supply components for new models of the Porter and Quargo ranges, which will be equipped with diesel and turbodiesel engines produced by Piaggio in India.

Turning to its presence in Asia, Piaggio said that in 2007 net sales in India and the Asia-Pacific area rose 18.4 pct to about 290.0 mln eur from 245.0 mln a year earlier.

Sales of its Indian unit Piaggio Vehicles Private Ltd (PVPL) rose 15.3 pct to 238.0 mln, from 206.4 mln

Danke nochmals an Uwe L. :-)

    Sorry,

but I don’t have a master break cylinder nor I am selling parts. This is just a private website.
If you need a master break cylinder, try your luck at the VTL part of Piaggio.com ( e.g. http://www.it.vtl.piaggio.com/ ) to find a seller.

    Cheers,

    Daniel
